Our New Home!

We are finally getting a new home!  We are so excited.  It's only been two weeks since they have started and they are almost done with the framing!  We can't believe it.  Hopefully they will be done in December so then we can have our New Years Eve party again.  It's the only time (besides Thanksgiving and Christmas) that the store is closed!  I can actually plan something in advance, so that in it's self should be a celebration.

It's been a really crazy, insane, stressful, ongoing process to get into this home thanks to this nice economy were having but it's all been worth it.  Well then again, who knows what's going to happen come November so maybe I should hold my breath!  Kidding (I think?).

We will keep you updated with pictures as the town home continues to be built.

Yay! How fantastic. I can't even imagine the stress of BUILDING a home. Buying one was bad enough! I hope everything continues to go well; can't wait to see it!

Surprised?

Surprise! I know everyone is falling off their chairs right now because I am actually subjecting myself to start this thing but it seemed like a fun idea after awhile.  I think Aliese, Nichole, and Melanie finally talked me into starting this blog.  Mainly because I do enjoy looking at other peoples blogs just to find out how others are doing in their lives.

Okay, I finally figured out how to put a picture on today.  It only took me about an hour.  Don't laugh at me, (You know who you are!)  I am kinda computer illiterate. ( I finally got an e-mail address about 6 months ago just because I had to for my new phone.) Maybe you guys can give me some pointers! 

Just in case you were wondering we did get married over 5 years ago but the only good picture I like of myself with both of us in it was on our wedding day.  We have other pictures of us when we have gone on vacations but those are not good. ( Trust me!)  Hopefully this will entice me to start taking more pictures of us.  

Maybe one day I will figure out how to actually change the colors, heading, text, and other stuff as time goes on!
